I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for a range of clinical presentations, including depression, anxiety, cultural issues, gender-based (women’s) difficulties, sex therapy, and relationship difficulties.

I provide therapy in a supportive and respectful environment and work to tailor evidence-based approaches to the individual needs of her clients.

My practice is informed by an integrative approach, drawing on the following:

  • Schema Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Mindfulness

  • Gottman’s Method for Couples Therapy

I aim to work collaboratively with clients, supporting them to develop awareness and skills to manage challenges and promote well-being.
